Which means you’ll usually find me hunched over, brow furrowed, mashing up words intended to move you, excite you, and (hopefully) cause you to laugh your ass off.

While I’ve hurtled along a zip line in the Costa Rican jungle, wandered the souks of Marrakesh, surfed in the Maldives and eaten multiple dinners in one night in the name of a story (#toughlife, I know), I now prefer a slower pace of travel – one that’s overall more conscious, considered, and caring. It’s what prompted two very dear friends and I to create the slow and sustainable travel platform, Life Unhurried – the home of Slow Stays.

When I’m not out exploring, you can find me at home with my young family on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia.
